The previous season saw Kolkata Kings emerge victorious, earning ₹72 lakhs, while the runner-up, Deccan Aces, secured ₹48 lakhs. The tournament hosted 36 qualifying players, 12 professionals, 6 women, and 6 substitute slots. Bagai concluded by welcoming everyone to experience the world of poker sports, seeing it as a stepping stone for enthusiasts to interact with pro-players and elevate their game.
